Raida is a Brand and User Experience Consultant with over 20 years experience in digital strategy, user experience design, information architecture, user research and digital marketing. She also has extensive experience in delivering industry training courses in UX Design and Branding as well as working as a part-time lecturer for Kingston University teaching Branded UX on the User Experience Design MSc course.

Raida is the UX Research Fellow at the Kingston University Behavioural Research Analytics In Neurotechnological Systems (BRAINS) Lab. Experience in leading UX research projects including Artellite, working with Kingston University and Degree Art on the Nesta funded research project for the design and development of an e-commerce platform for the arts sector. Led and managed the UX team on the HEFCE funded international research project, Critica, for the design and development of a digital teaching tool for enabling Lecturers to teach critical thinking skills.
Corporate experience includes working as a Product Manager for Cable & Wireless and Financial Times as well as Marketing Manager for PJB Publications.
Raida also has experience in advising and helping small businesses and charities to build their brands and design their websites. Latest examples of small business websites designed and developed include Maison St Cassien and Nina Moeller Designs.
Raida has a BSc in Engineering Science from Exeter University, a Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and an MA by Research in Branded User Experience from Kingston University.
